Man shot at Columbus apartment

A man was shot early Wednesday at an apartment on Rigdon Road, according to a report from the Columbus Police Department.

The victim was transported to the Midtown Medical Center. He’s in unsatisfactory condition as of Thursday morning.

Two officers were called to an apartment in the 800 block of Rigdon Road around 3:53 a.m. Wednesday to investigate a shooting. No further details were immediately released.
