Store and eatery on Victory Drive robbed within minutes apart
A restaurant and convenience store were robbed within minutes apart early Saturday on Victory Drive, Columbus police said.
No injuries were reported after the holdups at the Circle K at 3274 Victory Drive and the Huddle House, 1805 Victory Drive.
The robber used a gun to hold up both businesses. The convenience store robbery was reported at 2:40 a.m. and the restaurant was robbed five minutes later .
Both robberies remain under investigation. Police didn’t indicate whether the two holdups may have been committed by the same gunman.
