Columbus police charge man with child molestation, sexual battery
Columbus police have arrested 26-year-old Anthony Myers Cruz and charged him with child molestation and sexual battery.
According to an official report, the special victims unit made the arrest Thursday at 1 p.m.
Cruz was also charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor and unlawful conduct during a 911 call.
He is scheduled to appear in Columbus Recorder’s Court Friday at 9 a.m.
