Police charge man with rape
Columbus police have arrested a 40-year-old man and charged him with rape.
According to a police report, Rockney Rhodes is currently in the Muscogee County Jail after being arrested around 4:15 p.m. Saturday.
No information was given as to when or where the incident for which Rhodes is charged is supposed to have occurred.
He did not resist arrest.
Rhodes will appear in Columbus Recorder’s Court Monday at 9 a.m
