Man charged with arson following residence fire
Police in Eufaula, Ala., have arrested 23-year-old Jermaine Juywane Underwood and charged him with second-degree arson.
He has also been charged with second-degree burglary. Additional charges are pending.
Police say he is a suspect in the setting of a house fire that occurred Sunday on Monroe Street.
According to the police report, the fire caused considerable damage to the residence.
He is being held at the Eufaula City Jail.
