Phenix City man charged with vehicular homicide

A 37-year-old Phenix City man has been charged with vehicular homicide.

According to a report from the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, which handled the investigation, a passenger in a vehicle driven by Timothy Jerome Marlow died in a crash that occurred Sunday on White Rock Road in Phenix City

The ALEA did not release any more information.

Russell County Coroner Arthur Sumbry Jr. has not released the name of the victim, a woman who was pronounced dead at the scene.

“We still have not contacted next of kin,” said Sumbry on Wednesday.

Marlow is currently in the Muscogee County Jail.
