Police say man punched woman in lip
Columbus police have arrested a 35-year-old Mauk, Ga., man who is suspected of punching a Columbus woman in the lip.
According to an official report, Ronnie Sanford has been charged with battery.
The arrest was made Sunday at 8:30 p.m. in an apartment on 17th Avenue.
He is scheduled to appear in Columbus Recorder’s Court at 2 p.m.
