Columbus Police: Suspect beat elderly man
Columbus police have arrested a 26-year-old man and charged him with exploitation of the disabled or elderly.
According to a police report, Thaddius Tolbert of Columbus beat an elderly man.
The arrest was made at a location on 34th Avenue.
According to the Muscogee County Jail, Tolbert also faces charges of burglary and theft by deception.
He was arrested at 9 p.m.
