Man found shot inside vehicle on Second Place South in Phenix City, police say
A Monday shooting in Phenix City left a man injured in a vehicle on Second Place South, police said.
No report was available on the victim who was shot.
Lt. Andy Williams said police were called about 1:25 a.m. to check on shots fired in the area of 1307 Second Place South. Officers discovered the wounded man inside a vehicle at the location.
The shooting remains under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division of the Phenix City Police Department, Williams said.
