Free Halloween treats for children offered at Public Safety Center
The Columbus Police Department is offering children an alternative to Halloween trick-or-treating Wednesday with Cops & Treats at the Public Safety Center.
The free event is 6-8 p.m. in the west parking lot at 510 10th St. It features plenty of candy and treats for children in a fun-filled environment. There also will be local bands and mascots from the Columbus Lions and other area schools making an appearance during the event.
