Shooting at Columbus night club leaves one dead
An overnight shooting at a night club in Columbus left one person dead, according to police.
The incident took place at the Foxy Lady Lounge, on 3023 Victory Drive, early Friday morning. Columbus police were dispatched to the night club around 2:17 a.m., according to a press release.
Upon arrival, they found 40-year-old Samuel London suffering from a gunshot wound. He was rushed to Piedmont Columbus Regional Friday morning and eventually pronounced dead at the hospital at 3:03 a.m.
There are no detailed descriptions of suspects in the shooting at this time. Police are only aware of two suspects that fled on foot from the nightclub.
