One person in critical condition after dog attack involving 2 pit bulls, Columbus cops say

Columbus police need the public’s help in locating two pit bulls involved in a dog attack earlier this week.

On Sunday, police received a report of a dog attack involving two victims near the area of Second Avenue and 32nd street.

The attack happened about 9:15 p.m., police said in a press release.

The dogs were described as two tan pit bulls. One of the victims was taken to the hospital and is in critical condition, officials said.

If anyone witnessed the incident or has any information on the owner of the dogs, they’re asked to contact the Robbery/Assault Unit at 706-653-3400.
