Authorities identify man killed in fiery Columbus crash on Thanksgiving Day

Authorities have identified the man killed in a single-vehicle crash early Thanksgiving Day.

The wreck happened around 1 a.m. Thursday at Woodruff Farm Road and Cranston Drive.

Muscogee County Coroner Buddy Bryan said the driver has been identified as Theotis Wilson, 27.

Wilson’s body was trapped in the car that caught fire after the impact, Bryan said.
