Curtis Adams, 17, indicted in death of John Oneal
Curtis Lamar Adams, 17, was indicted Tuesday in connection with the fatal shooting of John Edward Oneal, court records state.
Adams, who was 16 when the Dec. 27, 2008, death occurred, is accused of shooting Oneal, 32, at 3390 N. Lumpkin Road.
Adams faces charges including malice murder, felony murder, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime and possession of a pistol or revolver by someone under 18, his indictment states.
