Marshal Office: Drugs, stolen car found during Farr Road eviction

Muscogee County Marshal Office deputies recovered a stolen car and more than $200 worth of marijuana at a Farr Road trailer Friday while conducting an eviction, according to a report.

A deputy informed 32-year-old Ricky Robinson after arriving at the 500 block trailer around 9:40 a.m. The deputy evacuated the trailer when he informed there were two other people inside — 18-year-old Quantavis Hayward and a 15-year-old juvenile.

After clearing the trailer, he found a clear plastic bag containing several individual baggies of marijuana on a bed. The marijuana, which totaled 24.5 grams, was valued at $240, according to the report.

The deputy also discovered a .40 caliber handgun under the couch Hayward was lying on when authorities arrived. None of the residents claimed ownership of the gun.

Officials also discovered a gray Toyota Corolla parked outside that had been reported stolen. The keys to the stolen vehicle were later found on the juvenile.

Robinson was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Hayward was charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

The juvenile was charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, theft by receiving stolen property and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
