Police: New York man battered during Buena Vista Road robbery

Police are on the lookout for the two unidentified men who battered a Clay Levittown, NY man in the 4800 block of Buena Vista Road Monday night, according to records.

In the report, Columbus officials didn't mention how the 24-year-old man was injured in the parking lot. Though, they did mention that he is in good condition after being treated at the Midtown Medical Center.

The robbers reportedly took $100 worth of unspecified property during the attack, which police believe happened at about 9 p.m.

One suspect was described as an 18-year-old Hispanic man with long, black hair in a ponytail, according to the victim's statements to officials. He was last seen wearing a white sleeveless shirt and blue jeans, reports show.

Authorities believe the other is an 18-year-old black man with short hair. Police say he was wearing a black t-shirt and black shorts during the robbery.

Officers said they received a 9:11 p.m. call concerning the incident.

Police continue to investigate the case.
