Police seek help to identify suspects who used stolen credit cards

The Financial Crimes Unit of the Columbus Police Department needs the public's help to identify two suspects who used stolen credit cards after a purse was stolen March 21 at the soccer complex in Phenix City.

A wallet was stolen from the woman's purse while she was at the complex on Industrial Boulevard. A woman and a man used her credit cards at Publix and a Walgreen's in Columbus before she could cancel the stolen cards.

Cpl. A. DePietri of the Columbus Police Department is trying to identify the woman and man captured on surveillance video at the stores. Anyone with information on the identity of the two suspects should call police at 706-225-4344.
