Police are working to identify the two men who held a LaGrange resident at gunpoint during an armed robbery on Borton Street, according to the release.
According to the release, one man wore a tan jumpsuit with a black bandanna and the other wore dark clothes.
Police said they responded to the 800 block Borton Street in reference to the incident.
The victim informed officials that he was inside of an apartment in the 800 block of Borton Street at 6 a.m. when he heard a knock at the door.
He said he opened the door, and the two robbers threatened him with guns. They took an undisclosed amount of money, cellphone and prescription medicine, according to the release.
LaGrange authorities said they will continue to investigate the armed robbery.
