Authorities were told Tuesday that a 3-year-old and 2-year-old boy could have possibly been abused in an unknown location between Wednesday and Monday afternoon, according to a police report.
No one has been arrested or identified as a suspect in the incident that left the toddlers with red marks and slight bruising, police said. The children are in good condition, police said.
Police were called to the 5900 block of Bush Avenue Tuesday at about 11:24 a.m. to address a report of possible child abuse.
According to the report, the incident may have happened between 5:30 p.m. Wednesday and 4:15 p.m. Monday. No additional details concerning the incident were released, but the case remains under investigation.
