Two men are in jail following a fight in LaGrange, Ga. in which police say two men were struck with a metal lug nut wrench.
According to officials at the Troup County Jail, Ron Morgan of West Point, Ga. has been charged with aggravated assault and Jabari Watson of LaGrange has been charged with battery.
According to a police report, at approximately 2:53 a.m. on Sunday, LaGrange police officers responded to 104 Sage Commercial Drive in reference to a subject injured in a fight.
They met with two men both of whom had head lacerations.
Police were told the two got into a verbal argument with Watson and Morgan which turned physical. Police were told that during the fight Morgan produced and used the wrench.
Both Morgan and Watson left the scene prior to the arrival of the police but were taken into custody later.
The victims were treated and released at West Georgia Medical Center.
