Amber Alert canceled for woman, six children reported missing in Foley, Ala.

Original Story: An Amber Alert was issued today for a 24-year-old woman and six children who may have been abducted from the Foley, Ala., area, according to a release from the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.

Nora Marie Grenier, her five children and her nephew were last seen around 10 a.m. Tuesday in Foley, Ala. They were traveling in a white 2000 Chevrolet Venture minivan with an Alabama tag that reads "8642AL." The vehicle may have been en route to Brownville, Texas, the release states.

The woman is 5-foot-2 and 145 pounds, authorities said.

The missing children include 9-month-old Leroy Gutierrez, 7-year-old Alexisann Marie Gutierrez, 5-year-old Daisy Nicole Gutierrez, 2-year-old Jordan Gutierrez, 8-year-old Eloy Gutierrez Jr. and 9-year-old Ethan Ramirez.

Leroy Gutierrez is 2 feet tall and 18 pounds. Daisy Nicole Gutierrez is 3-foot-3 and 40 pounds. Alexisann Marie Gutierrez is 4 feet tall and 50 pounds. Jordan Gutierrez is 2-foot-6 and 30 pounds. Eloy Gutierrez is 3-foot-3 and 40 pounds. Ethan Ramirez is 4 feet tall and 60 pounds, all according to the alert.

All of the missing individuals were described as white with brown people eyes and brown hair.

Police listed 27-year-old Eloy Gutierra as a suspect in the case. He was described as a 5-foot-11 white who weighs 175 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair, according to the alert.

ALEA posted the information as an Emergency Missing Child Alert around 5 a.m. ET this morning, but it was upgraded to an Amber Alert around 10 a.m. ET. Officials encourage anyone with information concerning the whereabouts of these individuals to contact the Folely Police Department at (251) 943-4431.
