Two dead, one injured in domestic-related incident, Columbus police say

Two people are dead and another is injured after a domestic-related incident in Columbus, according to an X post from the Columbus Police Department.

CPD is investigating the incident in the 3600 block of Grier Ave, according to the post.

Police said there is no ongoing threat to the public related to this incident.

Muscogee County Coroner Buddy Bryan said the incident was a murder-suicide. One person has been transported to the emergency room, according to Bryan.
