Coroner releases names of victims in domestic-related incident in Columbus
Muscogee County Coroner Buddy Bryan has identified the victims of what police are calling a domestic-related incident Tuesday in Columbus.
The Columbus Police Department said two people were dead and another was injured in a domestic-related incident in the 3600 block of Grier Avenue.
Bryan said the incident was a murder-suicide. He identified the homicide victim as 52-year-old Rachel Savage.
The suicide victim is Rachel Savage’s son, 29-year-old Adam Savage, according to Bryan.
Bryan said another family member was taken to a local hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound.
