Three injured following LaGrange shooting

Three people are injured after an overnight LaGrange shooting in the 100 block of Edgewood Avenue, authorities said this morning in a press release.

LaGrange Police said one of the gunshot wound victims was flown to the Grady Hospital in Atlanta and the other was transported to the Columbus Midtown Medical Center. A third victim, whose injuries weren't specified, was taken to the West Georgia Medical Center for treatment.

Officers said they were called to the scene around 12:05 a.m. Monday to check on a fight in progress. When police arrived on the scene, they spoke to two victims who reported being shot by an unidentified person.

Officials haven't named any possible suspects, no further details concerning the incident were released.
