Columbus Police are trying identify any possible suspects linked to the overnight Sentry Street shooting that left one man wounded, according to an incident report.
Authorities said they were called to the 4900 block of Sentry Street around 12:30 a.m. Tuesday and found the 25-year-old victim suffering from two gunshot wounds to the back. He was transported to Midtown Medical Center, where he was listed in critical condition.
A witness told police that the Columbus man was outside of the residence in the driveway when one or more people armed with a pistol attempted to rob him.
No suspect descriptions were given.
Officials continue to investigate the incident.
