Opelika Police seek identity of three in GNC theft

Opelika Police said are trying to identify the three people who allegedly used counterfeit currency Friday to make a purchase at an GNC nutritional supplement business. Opelika Police said are trying to identify the three people who allegedly used counterfeit currency Friday to make a purchase at an GNC nutritional supplement business.

Officials released surveillance photos showing the white woman, black man and white man suspected of committing the crime at the 3000 Pepperell Parkway business around 2:11 p.m.

According to police, the woman has reddish/brownish hair and the black man is bald with glasses. The white man wore a teal shirt that read “California" on the front along with a red and white hat with the Georgia logo “G” on the front, Capt. Shane Healey said in a press release.
