LaGrange Police said they have identified the two individuals who attempted to rob a teenage boy Saturday afternoon at a LaGrange apartment on Handley Street.

Suspects Christopher Lamondez Walton and Brandon Lamar Thompson are wanted on outstanding arrest warrants for robbery, aggravated assault and burglary, according to a press release.

Anyone who knows of their whereabouts is encouraged to call police.

Authorities said a 16-year-old boy who resides in Hogansville, Ga. was entering his aunt's LaGrange apartment on Handley Street when two people he knew as as "Brandon" and "Man Man" approached him.

According to a release, they were later identified as Thompson and Walton, respectively.

Police said Thomas grabbed the victim from behind and put him in the choke-hold while telling Walton to "hurry up and go in his pockets."

During the struggle, the victim and Thomas allegedly fell through the front entrance and onto the living room floor as Walton reportedly followed them inside. Walton was searching the boy's pockets for something valuable when the victim's aunt appeared and fought both attackers off before they were able to steal anything, officials stated.
