Columbus Police are hunting for the two unidentified men who robbed the Perfect Food Mart and its 69-year-old cashier at gunpoint Monday night.

No injuries were reported following the 8:25 p.m. incident, officials stated.

About five minutes later, authorities were called to the 1326 Fort Benning Road business where they spoke with the cashier.

She told police that the two men who robbed the store also stole $415 worth of her property, including her iPhone, wallet, social security card, debit card and $95 in cash.

According to a police report, she said one of the suspects wore a gray or green hoodie, blue jeans, gloves, a black cap and a black and white bandana. The other man was dressed in black "track pants" with a white stripe down the side, she informed authorities.

The employee said at least one of the thieves was armed with a revolver.

Detectives continue to investigate the incident.
