Columbus police released surveillance photos Wednesday afternoon of the unidentified suspect who allegedly robbed on March 19 the Hidden Lake Bottle Shop.

The suspect was described as a 6-foot tall black man who weighs 200 pounds and has short black hair. He was last seen wearing a blue bandana over his mouth, dark jacket, black shirt, dark pants and black and white shoes, police said.

Authorities said no injuries were reported in connection with the March 19 armed robbery at 2465 Macon Road, which they were called to around 3:30 p.m. that day.

The clerk told police that the gunman entered the store, aimed a pistol at him and demanded money. After collecting an unspecified amount of money, the robber forced the employee to lay on the floor before firing a round into the floor next to his head.
