Free car seats available at first Safety-Palooza

Free car seats will be available for as long as they last during the first Safety - Palooza at Woodruff Park on Saturday.

The 10 a.m. event at 1000 Bay Ave. near the Chattahoochee Riverwalk is part of Amerigroup partnering with Muscogee County Sheriff’s Department, Columbus Police Department’s Bike Patrol, Safe Kids of Columbus and Atlanta Fire Rescue. In addition to the car seats, the event features music, bouncy houses and safety demonstration stations.

Event is free and open to the entire community.
