Auburn woman charged with sodomy and abuse of juvenile
An Auburn, Ala., woman was charged Tuesday with sodomy second degree and sexual abuse second degree involving a juvenile, the Auburn Police Division said in a release.
Charges against Vaudie L. Gray, 45, stemmed from a Feb. 2 report on a sodomy and sexual abuse complaint at a residence on Foster Street. Gray is held in the Lee County Jail where bond was set at $11,000.
An investigation was launched into the complaint by the Auburn police and Lee County Department of Human Resources. Authorities were told a juvenile had been sexually abused at the home.
