Six accused of cashing counterfeit paychecks caught on camera
The Phenix City Police Department took to its Facebook page today to ask the public for help with identifying six people accused of cashing counterfeit paychecks.
Officials released multiple videos showing the individuals who allegedly cashed the intimation checks at various businesses using stolen and counterfeit identifications. Further information about the incident wasn’t immediately released.
Anyone who recognizes any of the suspects is encouraged to call the Phenix City Police Department Criminal Investigation Division at 334-448-2849. Callers are not required to give their name.
