Man, 28, dies after car overturns on Lee County 188
A 28-year-old man died Friday after the car he was driving left Lee County 188 and overturned, the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency said in a release.
Joshua Paul Ledbetter, 28, of Notasulga was pronounced dead at the scene of the 6:34 a.m. crash two miles north of Loachapoka.
Troopers said he was driving a 2006 Nisan 350Z when it struck a guardrail, overturned and hurled him from the vehicle. He wasn’t using a seat belt.
The crash remains under investigation by state troopers.
