Task Force seizes meth and marijuana during search
A Columbus man was charged with possession of methamphetamine and marijuana after the Metro Narcotics Task Force seized drugs valued at $1,243 at his Beechwood Heights , police said.
Thomas Ray Wyatt, 53, was taken to the Muscogee County Jail after the 6:40 p.m. Thursday search. He also was charged with one count of possession of drug related objects and later released on bonds totaling $10,250.
Inside the home, agents seized a gram of meth valued at $120 and 4 ounces of marijuana with a street value of $1,123. Agents also seized a glass smoking device, multiples scales and syringes during the drug raid.
