Two arrested for allegedly shooting at car in north Columbus
Two people were arrested Friday night near Bradley Park Drive and Whitesville Road and charged with firing a gun at a car carrying four people, according to Columbus police.
Amanda Armitage and Antonio Ruiz are listed on the report as being arrested in the incident. Charges listed include possession of a firearm in the commission of a crime, aggravated assault, possession of amphetamines, discharging a firearm in the city and near a public street and obstruction of an officer.
Police were called to the scene at about 8:50 p.m. Friday in reference to reports of people in a tan Lincoln Aviator firing shots at another vehicle. Four victims are listed, but there is no mention of injuries.
