A website evaluating accredited online degree programs has ranked CSU No. 10 out of 25 rated colleges in the state.

TheBestColleges.org, based in Seattle, compiled the rankings, including the best in Georgia.

In an email to CSU University Relations director Greg Hudgison, Amy Walton of TheBestColleges.org said, “This year, we reviewed all accredited online colleges in Georgia to select 25 that offer rewarding degree paths for students seeking a flexible learning environment. CSU stood out with outstanding online degree programs.”

The website says, “To calculate our rankings, we looked at a school’s ranking when organized by a single factor, and then averaged each category’s ranking to find an overall score: Admissions Rate (20%) + Default Rate (20%) + Retention Rate (20%) + Graduation Rate (20%) + Percent of Students Enrolled in Online Classes (20%) = Final score.”
