The Love Ranch is a property that was owned by the late Dennis Hof. He owned several brothels in Nevada, including one that was featured in the HBO series, “Cathouse,” which ran from 2005 to 2014.

The brothel features 15 one-bedroom suites on the 75-acre desert property, the listing on Coldwell Banker says. It totals 10,000 square feet and includes a couple new kitchens, new bar, a backhoe, track hoe, an advertising truck and even a limousine.

Hof, who was an owner of multiple brothels in Nevada, died in 2018 on the ranch after celebrating his 72nd birthday, The Associated Press reported. Hof was a Republican candidate for the Nevada Assembly and defeated Democrat Lesia Romanov a month after his body was discovered by porn actor Ron Jeremy, AP said.
