The Ledger-Enquirer is asking our readers for help in shaping its 2026 election coverage for the Columbus Council races

Five Columbus Council seats are up for grabs in 2026, and several people have declared their intent to run for office.

District seats 1, 3, 5, 7 and 9 will be on the ballot in May 2026.

As the city prepares to go into the new year, the Ledger-Enquirer wants to know if our readers have questions they would like us to ask these Columbus Council candidates. Fill out the form below to submit your questions.

After the questions have been submitted, the Ledger-Enquirer will follow up with a series of stories that addresses commonly-requested questions and tells readers how candidates answered those questions.

Readers may ask up to 10 questions each and must submit them by Dec. 12 at noon.
