Who’s on your 2020 ballot and what do they stand for? Find out in our voter guide

As voters prepare to head to the polls this fall, the Ledger-Enquirer has compiled a new Voter Guide to help Georgia and Alabama residents make informed choices.

More than a dozen candidates, Republican and Democrat, are competing for the remaining two years of Johnny Isakson’s seat, after the former senator stepped down due to health reasons. Gov. Brian Kemp appointed Sen. Kelly Loeffler to fill Isakson’s seat for the past year. Now she’s competing against Republican Rep. Doug Collins and Democrats like Matt Lieberman, Ed Tarver and the Rev. Raphael Warnock.

Georgia’s other senate race pits incumbent Republican Sen. David Perdue against Democrat Jon Ossoff and Libertarian Shane Hazel.

The Voter Guide tool, found at ledger-enquirer.com/voter-guide, allows users to plug in their address and receive a copy of their ballot featuring every race from President of the United States to U.S. Congress and the local sheriff.

Subscribers will also have exclusive access to questions-and-answers with candidates from many contested state and local races, including both U.S. Senate races in Georgia, state representatives, the Muscogee County Sheriff and more.

Any questions about the guide can be sent to newsroom@ledger-enquirer.com. Please include “VOTER GUIDE” in the subject line.
