It’s certainly a wild one.

A Warner Robins home was featured on the Instagram page of Zillow Gone Wild and the photos are a bit perplexing.

The property is located at 100 Brookhaven Circle in Warner Robins, Georgia and is listed for $52,500. It’s a two bed, two bathroom home with 870 square feet. Pretty normal, right? Not quite. Take a look at the photos from the listing:

Zillow Gone Wild’s Instagram caption said that “you have to take a ladder to get inside,” and the comments on the post did not disappoint:

“Ah yes, the ultimate in zombie protection,” said @michellerdu.

“I’d say it’s a tear-down, but it looks like more of a push over,” wrote @kenmacinnis.

“Imagine everyone stands in one corner of the house at once & it just tips over & falls off,” said @Kateykateykatey.

What else is crazy about the home? Well, get this. The listing states: “All potential buyers and agents must sign a Hold Harmless Agreement prior to entry.”

A Hold Harmless Agreement is an agreement where you assume liability in a situation, relieving the other party from responsibility if injury occurs.

Essentially, it’s an “enter at your own risk” kind of house.

More information about this “wild” listing is available online.
