This GA firm is offering free rides to avoid DUI accidents over Thanksgiving. What to know
During Thanksgiving weekend in Georgia, The Law Offices of Joshua W. Branch are offering free Uber rides for those who will be partaking of Thanksgiving spirits over the holiday weekend.
This initiative comes after recent data showed that 35% of all traffic fatalities on Thanksgiving involve drunk driving, with over 800 alcohol-related deaths reported from 2019 to 2021.
The $25 vouchers are available to anyone 21 or older with an active Uber account traveling within eligible Georgia counties.
The offer starts Wednesday, November 26 at 5 PM and runs through Sunday, November 30 at 11:59 PM and are available to the first 300 applicants.

How to claim your free ride
The deadline to apply for your voucher is Nov 26 by 5 pm.

- Once approved, you’ll receive your unique Uber voucher link by email
- Add Your Voucher to the Uber App
- Click the link in your email and the voucher will load into your Uber app automatically
- No promo code needed
- Take Your Free Ride (Nov 26–30)
- Use the voucher anytime between 5:00 PM on Wednesday, Nov. 26 and 11:59 PM on Sunday, Nov. 30, 2025
- Your ride must start or end in one of the eligible Georgia counties
