Russell County Schools Supt. Warren N. Richards said today that he has been subpoenaed to appear in federal court Nov. 30 with school records relating to Negro schools and desegregation matters.
St. Francis
Plans for a new six-story wing at St. Francis Hospital, to include 72 beds in a first-stage project and another 108 beds in a later construction program, are now being considered by the hospital’s advisory board.
