The American Family Life Assurance Co. of Columbus filed suit in U.S. District Court here Tuesday charging nine of the nation’s leading insurance companies with violation of the Sherman Anti-trust Act.

The pros will roll out the heavy artillery against the amateurs in the 1966 Georgia Challenge Cup Match at Callaway Gardens this weekend. In the pros’ lineup will be Tommy Aaron, touring pro from Gainesville, Ga., who represents the Gardens on the pro circuit.

Education

Meriwether High School here was among 70 schools in 11 Southeastern states which the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools dropped Tuesday from its accredited lists, according to the Associated Press. The school lost its accreditation because of the building, which was constructed in 1920.
