Jerry Frank Kelley, junior at Turner Private School, has been named winner of the Voice of Democracy oratorical contest sponsored locally by WRBL Radio and WRBL-TV and Veterans of Foreign Wars.

DAR Honors

Miss Carolyn Whaley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. F. E. Whaley of Cuthbert, has been named the Benjamin Hawkins Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution’s Good Citizens Girl.
