Fourteen happy members of local JA company TH Enterprises — winners of the International JA Company of the Year award — were due to arrive at the Muscogee County Airport at noon today after attending the six-day 23rd National Junior Achievement Conference.
Ex-Nazi Held
Police held the former Nazi firebrand accused of slaying party chief George Lincoln Rockwell under heavy guard today while Rockwell’s heir apparent vowed “we will carry on.” Police charged 29-year-old John C. Patler, former No. 4 man in the small party’s hierarchy, with murder. Bond was set at $50,000.
Birth Control
Family planning is getting a boost from Columbus churches. Several churches have donated money and volunteer help to the Muscogee County Health Department’s Family Planning Clinic, according to director Dr. Robert A. Hatcher.
