Seibold Trial

“Nobody would help me,” an anguished Mrs. Herman Seibold cried Friday in answer to questions from prosecutor Tom F. Young as to why she did not seek help for her son. Edward Albert Seibold, 21, is charged with slaying three Auburn girls last Sept. 6. Two psychiatrists and a psychologist have testified that Seibold is a paranoid schizophrenic.

Grand Jury

Columbus City Manager Ralph Sayers is on the list drawn for the February-March session of the Muscogee County Grand Jury. The new grand jury list also includes James W. Blanchard, president of the Chamber of Commerce.
