Bridge Projects
The State Highway Department revealed today that it is drafting plans for construction of two bridge-interchanges over the Columbus-Manchester Expressway from Gentian Boulevard in a project which may cost as much as $750,000.
‘No Choice’
Sen. Richard B. Russell, D-Ga., says he does not know a single individual who is happy about the state of affairs confronting the U.S. in Viet Nam. “So long as circumstances remain as they are,” he said, “I see no alternative but to continue to apply the measured but necessary force to try to bring the Communist aggressors to the conference table.”
