An eight-story Columbus-Muscogee County courthouse, costing perhaps as much as $7 million with landscaped setting and furnishings, is tentatively planned by architects for the project. Preliminary ideas include a landscaped mall, fountains and an elevated terrace, architects told a bond study committee.
