Mental Hospital

The state Board of Health voted today to ask the General Assembly to provide funds in the 1968-69 fiscal year for construction of regional mental hospitals in Columbus, Savannah and Rome.

Medical Center

With more than $1 million due from patients, The Medical Center is considering what measures can be taken to provide badly needed money.

Interest on delinquent accounts has been suggested as one possible answer.

Miss Columbus

Judges for the 1966 Miss Columbus Pageant will meet contestants for the first time Friday at a noon luncheon given by Wells Dairies at the firm’s Hostess Hall.
