If cities like Chicago can shield illegal immigrants using taxpayer money, why not extend that to fugitive burglars? They only burglarize to get drug money, so we must protect them from justice, too.

How is it that retired general David Petraeus can have a security clearance for any cabinet-level position after being convicted of trading classified information to his mistress for whoopee?
